About the Book Festival:
The Las Vegas Book Festival is Nevada’s largest literary event and a true celebration of the written, spoken and illustrated word. Established in 2002 as the Vegas Valley Book Festival, the city of Las Vegas, in partnership with Nevada Humanities and numerous community sponsors, has worked tirelessly to bring the joy of books, reading and lifelong learning to Las Vegas. Always free and open to the public, the festival welcomes thousands of attendees of all ages each year for a day filled with engaging author discussions, book signings, readings, workshops and special presentations.
